Most common scenarios

Missing Data in CRM Export

Problem: Native export skips important items like notes, files, or custom fields.
Fix: API backups capture all records and details, keeping the full context intact.

Switching to a New CRM

Problem: No built-in backup option during migration, risking data loss.
Fix: Full archive created before the switch, then ongoing backups in the new system.
